Technologies used

  • Drupal site-wide administrative privileges
  • Enabled and configured Node Registration Module

When I started working on the SRJC website as Web Project Coordinator in August 2015 there was one web page for staff about converting your site to Drupal. I took over the web presence for the web services department during my tenure. I reorganized and enhanced the existing information and created the new pages for department web pages , faculty web pages and Siteimprove .

I also instituted an online registration system for training classes using the Node Registration module for Drupal, which had never been used before at the college. Prior to my arrival the registration was being done using email with somebody having to manually keep track of a list of registrants. We were running one training session a month and the registration links were listed on the training page .

I was primarily in charge of migrating approximately 160 department websites from the old web server to the new Drupal CMS. I created a migration update page while this effort was still underway, to keep staff abreast of how the project was going. Finally, once the project was completed, I created a landing page to help staff easily find the web-related service they were looking for.
